
UC Riverside's Dining Services is recruiting for the position of Project and Timekeeping Analyst. The expected pay scale for this position is up to $33.50 per hour, based on various considerations such as education, experience, and organizational needs.
Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Dining & Hospitality Services, the Project and Timekeeping Analyst performs high-quality administrative coordination, analysis, reporting, and operational support primarily surrounding labor management in UKG (Kronos) and meal plan maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Dining & Hospitality Services leadership to ensure systems meet team needs.
- Runs regular reports utilizing various internal systems and follows up as needed.
- Creates reporting and analytical tools to maintain compliance with timekeeping policies.
- Conducts analytical studies on policies, projects, and programs in support of Dining & Hospitality Services.
- Assists in policy and program planning, development, and administration.
- Interprets, monitors, analyzes, and reports on trends and procedures.
