What You’ll Be Doing
As a Supply Chain Analyst, your primary role is to schedule, release, and maintain service orders to meet customer demand. Key to the success of the position is to effectively monitor demand, implement stocking plans and support flow of material to close service calls through the effective use of ERP application software and lean inventory management techniques.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Supply Chain Analyst will have a direct impact on CPI customers and associates and will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute the MTO (Material Transfer Order) strategy and part planning process with Service Managers to support service.
- Develop appropriate reorder levels (Min Max levels), to optimize suspended calls and inventory reduction.
- Ensure all Min Max levels are properly set.
- Monitor changes in inventory levels in the field, changes in the demand and participate into Flash meetings to escalate stockouts in the field.
- Allocate emergency parts where there are supply issues in the field.
- Allocate consignment parts to avoid suspended calls for service techs.
- Manage FSL locations by setting up proper reorder levels according to service needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, or relative experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated aptitude for software applications – specifically ERP and Excel
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data to identify patterns that lead to continuous improvement actions.
- 2+ years experience working in complex, electro-mechanical service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
- APICS’ CPIM certification preferred .
