Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

The Opportunity
As part of the Managed Services team, you lead client engagement workstreams and manage complex projects. As a Manager, you supervise and develop teams, maintaining quality deliverables while fostering meaningful client relationships and navigating ambiguity.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience

- Managing SAP (ECC/HANA) transition projects
- Utilizing ITIL processes for managed services
- Mapping and re-engineering processes
- Excelling in stakeholder management and communication
