IQVIA, in partnership with Boston Scientific, is looking for high performing Inside Sales Representatives with a track record of success to join our team for Cardiovascular intervention (CVI). The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will work with a call list provided by Boston Scientific, scheduling virtual calls to meet with physicians for education and discussing how Boston Scientific therapies can assist in providing a comprehensive healthcare solution, leading to closed business. The ISR must use approved tools and resources for sales calls and product promotion delivered through a 100% virtual platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully completes all assigned training for the Inside Sales Representative role and dedicates the necessary time to retain and build on foundational product and clinical training.
  • Conduct all sales activities according to Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines, Advamed Policies, and Integrity Policies.
  • Compliance with promotional programs and HCP interactions.
  • Provide timely updates to Project Manager on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, and industry trends.
  • Maintain and update current and prospective target Prescriber profiles.
  • Classify customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care.
  • Determine where therapies can assist in providing a comprehensive healthcare solution.
  • Scheduling virtual calls to meet with Account Stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to meet the demands of the business while making an impact.
  • Experience building relationships with key customers.
  • B2B sales or lite device sales experience preferred.
  • Hospital sales preferred.
  • Manage expense and promotional budgets with guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pharma or Lite Medical Device Experience.
  • Salesforce.com Experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of related internships, clinical, or business-to-business sales experience preferred.
  • Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented.
  • Excels in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Ability to:

  • Successfully complete client training and meet training expectations.
  • Experience selling to physicians and departmental stakeholders in the cardiovascular space.
  • Work a schedule that accommodates potentially different time zones.
  • Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented.
  • Excels in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
