Description

B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the development and implementation of B2B digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, thought leadership, and brand positioning.
  • Execute campaigns across paid search, display, social media, SEO, and email automation to drive qualified leads and funnel engagement.
  • Coordinate with external sources to align marketing messaging, product positioning, and commercial strategy for global consistency.
  • Manage website and ensure optimization for lead capture and conversion.
  • Support sales enablement efforts with content, presentations, and data-driven materials tailored to each channel.

D2C Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Nutrients and Business Development teams to drive D2C marketing for websites, including campaign planning, creative briefs, and performance analysis.
  • Align B2B and D2C messaging across digital touchpoints to ensure consistent brand presence.

Operational

  • Take direct ownership of marketing tasks such as asset creation, content upload, KPI monitoring, and marketing material development.
  • Lead cross-functional execution of marketing plans, managing both internal and external contributors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for execution, ensuring timey and high-quality delivery of campaigns.
  • Report monthly on marketing performance and initiatives to Head of Probiotics Division.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, R&D, Regulatory, Nutrients, and AB-Biotics teams.

Marketing Analytics & Budgeting

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, consumer insights, and competitor activities in the probiotics, supplements, and functional ingredients space.
  • Conduct formal and informal market research to inform strategic decisions and identify white space opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Product Development teams to provide marketing-driven input on new product concepts, formulation needs and go-to-market positioning.
  • Participate in cross-functional innovation meetings, contributing market feedback, branding insights, and commercialization strategies.
