Rancho Health MSO is looking for a talented Operations Services Specialist for our growing company. A successful candidate will be able to take on various roles within the organization to help ensure effective day-to-day operations. This role will require, but is not limited to, facilities management, managing office equipment and supplies, creating reports, organizing events, clerical duties and assisting managers and senior leadership.

This role will require, but is not limited to, facilities management, managing office equipment and supplies, creating reports, organizing events, clerical duties and assisting managers and senior leadership.
Essential Job Duties
- Facilities Management
- Ensure operation of equipment by scheduling preventive maintenance and managing repairs.
- Plan and coordinate any facility repair, installation, or refurbishment.
- Act as courier for the region.
- Vendor account management.
- Managing the facilitation and completion of maintenance needs of grounds and facilities.
- Manage calendars.
- Organize meetings, events, and celebrations.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain contact lists, birthdays, and anniversaries.
- Prepare and monitor invoices.
- Maintain supplies at admin office.
- Carry out administrative duties.
- Preparation for medical office audits
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Assist admin staff.
- Any other job duties assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate’s degree or higher or 2 or more years’ experience.
- Highly organized.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Works well in a team centered environment.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent Customer service skills.
