Optum is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator, Drug Intelligence (DI) to support all functions of the Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee and other client specific P&T obligations.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Project coordinate all activities related to the P&T Committee membership, including but not limited to:
- Maintain accurate documentation of Committee membership roster
- Maintain necessary documents for each P&T member according to regulatory and contractual requirements, including conflicts of interest, primary source verification and compliance training
- Coordinate, track and ensure timely invoicing and submission of member reimbursement
- Track monthly reimbursement and provide updates to leadership on a regular basis to ensure compliance with contractual language
- Project coordinate all activities related to the P&T Committee meetings, including but not limited to:
- Direct communication with P&T Committee members for meeting attendance and coordination of travel accommodations
- Communication and coordination with company vendor and P&T event manager for all pertinent meeting logistics
- Ensure timely and accurate communication and posting of all monographs, class reviews for each P&T meeting, and maintaining accurate internal and external P&T secure sites
- Maintain accurate post meeting documentation, including meeting minutes of all P&T Committee meetings
- Coordinate and support any inquiries related to P&T member travel accommodations
- Project coordinate all activities related to client specific P&T support requirement, including but not limited to:
- Coordinate any client-related P&T material needs for distribution to internal clinical partners and coordinate with P&T event manager as needed
- Coordinate and support any inquiries related to client specific needs for P&T materials
- Project coordinate Drug Intelligence team requirements, including but not limited to:
- Produce quarterly Quality Management Initiatives in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure timely submission for invoicing of DI resources or vendors
- Track and maintain up-to-date and accurate files for all DI related subscriptions and invoice submissions
- Provide report, upon request, of subscription agreements and invoices
- Maintain DI team SharePoint site

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project coordination type experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe
- Ability to travel 10% of the time (likely less)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six sigma trained/certified in project management
- Pharmacy knowledge, experience or background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid time-management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously

The hourly range for this role is $19.86 to $38.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
