- Prepare and submit warranty claims to the factory and reconcile schedules daily.
- Process warranty claims on a timely basis.
- Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
- Reconcile warranty receivables.
- Post credits.
- Resubmit rejected claims.
- Tracks parts returns to ensure all claims paid.
- Files and maintains service records as required by distributor.
- Assists with clerical duties when needed in the service department.

- Follow-up with customers to establish a constant flow of referral business.
- Accurately communicate Service options and intervals.
- Communicate with Service Manager concerning objectives, activities, and reviews.
