POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Project Coordinator to assist in the optimization and implementation of a global Human Resource Information System (HRIS) across 7 countries. This temporary, 6-month contract role is responsible for supporting the project manager and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This role, reports to the Director, Corporate Human Resources.

TRAVEL: No domestic or international travel is required.
EQUIPMENT TO BE USED: Must be able to operate computer and other office machines and office equipment as the job requires.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires sitting, bending, and reaching. May require lifting up to 5 pounds. Requires manual agility sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers and other office equipment as the position requires. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
MENTAL DEMANDS: Must handle diverse work problems daily. Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure. Must relate and interact with people at all levels in the Company.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Works in a typical office setting. This position may require working outside of standard business hours.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain and update the project plan, ensuring tasks and deadlines are on track.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings across time zones, ensuring alignment between international teams.
- Take detailed meeting notes, distribute them to relevant stakeholders, and track follow-up actions.
- Assist in drafting and documenting processes and procedures related to the HRIS implementation.
- Support system functionality configuration, testing, identifying and reporting any issues.
- Conduct data review and validation to ensure data integrity throughout the project.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure project milestones are met.
- Other project-related duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or similar field of study preferred
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings, especially across multiple time zones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with HRIS implementation or HR projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with global HR practices or working in international environments preferred.
