Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, developing, coordinating, integrating, analyzing, and maintaining integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs, and change-driven activities in alignment with project management standards. They will oversee studies/analysis, reports, risk assessments, and planning efforts to determine impacts and constraints related to product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives. The role involves identifying risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans, refining business cases, establishing lead time requirements, facilitating project integration, and serving as the primary contact for key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of integrated plans and schedules for complex projects
  • Conduct analysis on trends, variances, impacts to support decision-making
  • Identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation plans
  • Establish lead time requirements for projects
  • Facilitate project integration across all phases
  • Coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications::

  • Experience with Scheduling Software – MS Project, Primavera, and/or Open Plan Professional
  • Experience with Smartsheet
  • Solid understanding of Industry Scheduling standards - PMIBOK
