Majestic Care’s Scheduler is responsible for a variety of tasks such as staffing, agency monitoring and daily employee scheduling.
Other duties may include but not limited to: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws regarding employment, and foster relationships with both employees and external candidates.

Majestic Care’s Scheduler is responsible for a variety of tasks such as staffing, agency monitoring and daily employee scheduling.
Other duties may include but not limited to: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws regarding employment, and foster relationships with both employees and external candidates.
The ideal candidate will:
- Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the facility
- Assist in filling vacancies in a timely manner
- Support candidate screening and hiring processes
- Assist in the preparation and execution of orientation and training plans
- Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
- Assist with call-ins, time off requests, and agency coverage as needed
- Possess proven experience as a staffing coordinator or similar position
- Have knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
- Have clinical experience in addition to long term care staffing experience, CNA
