Quality Assurance Analyst

Position description:

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst who will be responsible for conducting audits on various processes and procedures. Other duties will include tracking and analyzing trends based on those audit results and providing feedback and coaching opportunities to management. In this role, you may also be reviewing security and confidentiality policies as well as creating audit metrics.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
