Ideal Candidate:

• Experience & Passion - 2+ years in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Craft Cocktail Experience - Create from-scratch syrups, bold infusions, and techniques like fat washing and clarifying to craft unforgettable drinks and push creative boundaries.
• Service Excellence - A commitment to quality, attention to detail, and elevating those around you.
• Team Player - Positive, proactive, and motivated by a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
• Calm Under Pressure - Able to stay focused, efficient, and upbeat, even during busy times.
• Skillful & Eager to Learn - We are willing to train the right candidate.
