WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Salary Range: $138,000.00 - $200,000.00 Annually

Be the customer-facing voice for Knapp Inc., responsible for all communication between our Customer and your team and the Director RBS Operations. Attend all production meetings, manage communication to ensure Customers feel engaged and see the value we bring. Develop and manage a budget with the Director RBS Operations.

Ensure your team treats our Customer with respect and acts professionally. Through your leadership team, manage the development, implementation, and supervision of maintenance programs, processes, and documentation associated with automated storage and retrieval systems at our Customer’s locations. Build and maintain customer relationships, lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and follow SOPs and Safety Policies, escalating issues as necessary.

Leadership Overview:

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to Resident Site Engineering Manager and team.
• Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Perform site supervision and leadership.
• Oversee interviewing, hiring, and training of potential site team.
• Plan, assign, and direct work.
• Appraise performance of first level management team.
• Reward and discipline employees.
• Address complaints and provide resolutions as needed.

Job Summary:

• Lead and manage a team to provide maintenance and support in the operation of automated systems at our Customers' locations.
• Report to the Director RBS Operations, ensuring responsiveness and service for the Customer.
• Create a safety culture within your team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

• Provide excellent customer service to strengthen Knapp’s reputation.
• Manage site budgets and commercial activities.
• Develop team skillsets to ensure delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Oversee system improvements and installations.
• Ensure training requirements are met.
• Increase scope and efficiency of Knapp’s support solutions.
• Ensure Health & Safety considerations are managed effectively.
• Promote alignment of Maintenance objectives.
• Manage quality support and maintenance services of live information systems.
• Participate in performance training and improvement programs.

• Ability to obtain a passport.
• Professional office etiquette required.
• Physical requirements include lifting 50-100 pounds, and sitting, squatting, walking.
