Case Manager 057 - Full Time/Temp

Salary $44,000

Description

Interview and determine eligibility for rental/housing assistance, provide case management services to at-risk or homeless households in Middlesex County, includes service planning, linkage, crisis intervention, de-escalation, managing relationship with a broad range of community providers/landlords, housing retention, completing housing inspections throughout NJ, and utilization of HMIS case management software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from an accredited college or university, preferably in Social Work or a similar Human Service field is preferred. Experience with conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Two (2) years relevant work experience and demonstrated ability to provide effective services to clients required. Needs to be culturally competent across all populations.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
