The Team Coordinator at SendCutSend plays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring our team has what they need to succeed. This role works closely with site leadership and touches nearly every aspect of our facility. You’ll support the business, our culture, our leaders, and most importantly, our employees. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the confidence to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, averaging around 15 hours per week. As the facility grows, there may be an opportunity for this role to transition into a full-time position.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally; schedule and coordinate meetings and video calls for leadership as needed
- Order daily catered lunches for all staff, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Welcome and onboard new employees on their first day, prepping materials and serving as their point of contact
- Keep employee spaces clean, organized, and stocked, including breakrooms and common areas
- Manage our employee recognition and swag efforts (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, awards, etc.)
- Provide administrative support to leadership and department heads, including data entry, document prep, and tracking small projects
- Support the planning and facilitation of company-wide events
- Perform administrative duties and other projects as needed
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
- Friendly, professional, and able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new tools
- Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization
