Your Role:

• Lead and grow a high-performing subcontractor team
• Schedule, manage, and oversee installs across Michigan
• Deliver a 5-Star customer experience from start to finish
• Control labor, material, and jobsite costs
• Recruit, train, and motivate subcontractors
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of installation or onsite construction management
• Roofing, siding, and/or window experience preferred
• Driven, organized, and available for customer needs early and late
• Computer skills and valid driver's license required
