Purpose : We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and driven Digital Product Analyst (Junior Digital Product Owner) to join our Data and Digital Platforms Team. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Platforms Manager, Business Analysts, Project manager, Business Stakeholders, and Technical Team to drive the Digital Banking Product Backlog to ensure that the product meets the needs of users and achieves business goals.

Essential Functions:


  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features. Leverage both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Backlog Management: Create, prioritize using RICE, and maintain the product backlog to ensure the team focuses on high-value tasks.
  • Development Oversight: Collaborate with the technical team or vendor during implementation, providing clarity and direction as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets predefined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
  • Measure Performance: Monitor KPIs and product metrics to assess the success of digital products. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize product features.
  • Market & Competitor Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offers, and user preferences to ensure that products are competitive and aligned with user expectations. Provide insights and recommendations to help define product roadmaps based on data findings and user needs.


Job Related Qualifications:

Required:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior Experience: 2 + year in a Product Analyst role or Product Owner role within a product team or Tech Team.


Preferred:


  • Masters Preferred.
  • Licenses or Accreditation: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

  • Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, understanding their needs, and balancing conflicting priorities.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication with development teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the technical aspects of product development to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
  • Accountability: Taking responsibility for the product’s success and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
  • Market Research: Skill in analyzing trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
  • Prioritization: Expertise prioritizing product backlog items to maximize value delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving challenges that arise during product development.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases is a plus.
