As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you create software solutions using technologies such as ASP, .NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, Java, and C#. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining elevated standards, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of relevant experience in .NET development and at least 3 years of SQL
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology

What Sets You Apart

• Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• Experience with front-end web development frameworks
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
• Skilled in Microsoft Application Lifecycle Management
• Proficiency in .NET MVC and Entity Framework
• Using Git for source control
• Experience in Agile process and scrum meetings
• Leading across onshore and offshore teams

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location.
