Job overview and responsibilities
Supervises the team responsible for pilot hotel reservations, producing pilot badges, configuring/troubleshooting EFB iPads, fingerprinting, and visa applications for pilots. Supervises SIDA badge signatories and provides customer service for internal employees. Supervises a team of 6, providing coaching, counseling, mentoring, training and career development for direct reports. Provides support to Flight Operations, Flight Training, and the FTC Campus. Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule in a 7-day-a-week operation, including weekends and holidays.
- Supervises and coordinates onboarding new-hire pilot classes including fingerprinting, I9 form processing and configuration of iPads
- Provide corporate badging for pilots and new hires across the Flight Ops system
- iPad support services for pilots including troubleshooting, configuration, replacement, and inventory management.
- Supervises hotel assignments for line pilots coming in for training
- Miscellaneous administrative duties including Pilot Records, TTP forms, fingerprinting, shipping, supply ordering and customer service
- Customer service and record keeping related to Chinese visa applications and passport handling
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Time management; adaptability; organization skills; ability to work under time constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational abilities
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Management/leadership experience
- Previous customer service experience
The base pay range for this role is $64,885.00 to $88,440.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
