Project Manager - IVR Development
- Understanding IVR technology:
- Possessing a good grasp of IVR systems, including call flow design, speech recognition, DTMF input, and integration with backend systems.
- Facilitating Agile services
- Leading sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives tailored to the specific challenges of IVR development.
- Backlog management
- Collaborating with the product owner to prioritize and refine the IVR feature backlog, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Identifying and addressing roadblocks related to IVR development, including technical issues, integration complexities, and stakeholder concerns.
- Coaching the team
- Guiding the IVR development team on Agile principles, encouraging continuous improvement, and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
- Stakeholder communication
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience driving contact center projects
- Good understanding of contact center concepts like IVR, Bots, Call routing, CTI, Agent Desktop, Dialers, WFM etc
- Acting as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding IVR project progress and requirements.
