Position: Marketing AssistantLocation: Los Angeles, CASchedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shiftsSalary: $23 - $30 per hour
About the Role:As a Marketing Assistant at Style Netbox, you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and helping bring innovative marketing strategies to life. You’ll be an essential part of projects that create lasting impressions and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Help create marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and brochures.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM tools.
Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Previous marketing experience or internships are a plus, but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of marketing software (Canva, CRM tools, email marketing platforms) is a plus.
