Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience

Position Overview

We’re seeking a passionate and creative Community Marketing Manager to help build and amplify TelyRx’s brand presence through grassroots initiatives, influencer relationships, and community-driven activations. This role will focus on connecting our mission with real people through authentic experiences, both online and offline. You’ll work closely with our Social Marketing Manager to ensure all community efforts tie into our broader digital storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes culture, creativity, and connection — and wants to make a difference in healthcare access along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead community marketing initiatives, including influencer outreach, brand partnerships, and event activations.
  • Identify and collaborate with creators, influencers, and partners aligned with TelyRx’s mission and values.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events or experiences to deepen customer engagement.
  • Partner with the Social Marketing Manager to align content and messaging across social platforms.
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends and propose innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and relatable.
  • Track, analyze, and report on community marketing performance to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in community marketing, influencer management, or brand activations.
  • Strong grasp of cultural marketing, particularly in wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle spaces.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Creative, strategic, and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Experience with social media tools, CRM, event planning, or influencer platforms is a plus.
