Incumbents will assist in supporting the Personnel Department with various projects in the support of our transition to a new records database. Tasks will include the use of a computer and electronic database, and require the ability to effectively manage time, organize large amounts of data, and work independently with general oversight of HR personnel.

Salary per Merit Rule 7.300.3: "A regular employee working in a summer school/extended year/intersession assignment in his/her own class, a lower class, or a higher class for which "out of class" does not apply, shall be paid at his/her own hourly rate, and shall receive such benefit as are required by law...A regular employee working in a higher class for which "out of class" provisions apply, shall be paid in accordance with Rule 7.300.11"
