Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and certified Medical Assistant (MA) to join our clinical team. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting medical services under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services. The MA will play a crucial role in both clinical and administrative functions within our SUD treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

  • Administer injectable medications and perform phlebotomy procedures under direct supervision, adhering to Montana's scope of practice regulations.
  • Assist with onsite medical care for clients enrolled in PHP and IOP programs.
  • Monitor vital signs and document clinical observations accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards.

Administrative Duties

  • Schedule in-person and telehealth appointments for medical and clinical staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the Kipu Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Support the setup and coordination of group sessions and client intakes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Current certification as a Medical Assistant (e.g., CMA, RMA).
  • Proficiency in administering injections and performing phlebotomy.
  • Experience with EMR systems, preferably Kipu beneficial, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Salary Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Some flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate program needs.
