Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and certified Medical Assistant (MA) to join our clinical team. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting medical services under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services. The MA will play a crucial role in both clinical and administrative functions within our SUD treatment programs.

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and certified Medical Assistant (MA) to join our clinical team. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting medical services under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services. The MA will play a crucial role in both clinical and administrative functions within our SUD treatment programs.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:
- Administer injectable medications and perform phlebotomy procedures under direct supervision, adhering to Montana's scope of practice regulations.
- Assist with onsite medical care for clients enrolled in PHP and IOP programs.
- Monitor vital signs and document clinical observations accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Schedule in-person and telehealth appointments for medical and clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the Kipu Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Support the setup and coordination of group sessions and client intakes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current certification as a Medical Assistant (e.g., CMA, RMA).
- Proficiency in administering injections and performing phlebotomy.
- Experience with EMR systems, preferably Kipu beneficial, but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
