The Executive Assistant provides administrative assistance to Lucasfilm’s CTO and VP, Production Technology. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of the team—providing day-to-day support across a wide range of logistics, processes, and communications. Whether it’s navigating travel procedures, coordinating purchases and approvals, managing documentation, or tracking down answers, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly. This role is considered Hybrid, which means the employee will work onsite in our San Francisco office and occasionally from home.

What You’ll Do
- Facilitate daily workflow of assigned VPs by maintaining calendar, scheduling meetings, handling travel, meeting logistics, etc.
- Help facilitate department level operations including meeting schedules and logistics, travel coordination, and compiling and organizing department documentation
- Process expense reports
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for general questions, liaise with other departments, and in general help get people the answers they need
- Make purchases, process invoices and purchase orders for the department
- Meet and greet visitors and gives tours, help coordinate and organize visits
- Assist with special corporate projects & events; planning and execution
- Help maintain list of top priorities and ensuring appropriate follow-through occurs
- Assist in testing out new software or workflows that would be beneficial to the technology leadership management team, as assigned
- Assist other technology leadership as necessary
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ of experience providing administrative support or as coordinator within the entertainment or technology industries
- A strong service mindset—you enjoy supporting others and helping the team run smoothly
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- An eye for detail, a passion for organization, and a steady, dependable presence—even when things get busy
- Must be proficient with the following software; G Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with Concur and other business productivity software a plus
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and a collaborative, positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills, curiosity to figure things out and a willingness to track down answers when needed
- Role requires ability to do overtime work, but is very rarely expected
The hiring range for this position in San Francisco is $58,400 - $78,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
