We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to lead and support our operations team and facility leadership across multiple sites.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational direction to multiple SNFs within the assigned region.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitor and support facility-level performance across clinical, operational, and financial KPIs.
- Mentor and develop Administrators and regional leaders to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with clinical, financial, HR, and marketing departments to implement best practices.
- Lead turnaround efforts in underperforming facilities.
- Drive census development strategies and community engagement.
- Analyze trends and implement systems for quality improvement and cost control.
- Build strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership in long-term care, with multi-site operational oversight.
- Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator license preferred.
- Proven success in driving quality ratings, financial performance, and staff engagement.
- Deep understanding of CMS regulations, reimbursement models, and PDPM.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to facilities across the region.
