Overview

This position will support our installation teams by sourcing and providing updates on needed parts. They will help with our spare parts program.

Up to 50% travel to assist in parts put away.

Provide parts quotes to customers as needed.

Create and maintain internal spare parts tracking documents, and assist in warranty claims as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Create requisitions for any parts/services needed for installation support.
  • Track and update open POs for the installation team to properly plan resources.
  • Create recommended spare parts documents.

Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills
  • High school diploma
  • MHE Experience preferred, not required
  • Micosoft Ofiice - Netsuite
