POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for producing technical rough-in drawings for multiple internal clients using software applications such as AutoCAD and AutoDesk Revit. Effectively coordinating with the Project Management teams to work through any issues or questions that may arise. Assisting studios with design work, schematic layouts and spot rough-ins. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about drafting, passionate about detailing and is looking to elevate their career.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Creates technical drawings with heavy MEP concentration
• Follows set drafting standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaborates with team members to review and revise drawing based on feedback
• Displays effective communication skills both internally and externally
  
  

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• Experience with drafting or technical design
• Experience in Architectural related work
• Experience in an MEP related work
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Proven self-starter capable of performing / prioritizing multiple tasks effectively
• MS Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,etc)
• Ability to identify and solve simple problems and challenges
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, discuss projects, and collaborate
• Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage workload and meet deadlines
• Ability to focus on the details while understanding the broader context of projects and task
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
