Territory Sales Representative

Are you adriven, results-oriented sales professionalwith a passion for building relationships and driving growth?American First Finance.is seeking a dynamicTerritory Sales Representativeto expand our market presence and strengthen partnerships with merchants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team where your ability tocultivate relationships, develop sales pipelines, and exceed goalswill make a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow merchant relationshipsby ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent engagement.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipelineof quality prospects within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct in-person visits to 8-10 stores daily, securing10+ new merchant partners each month.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, taking full accountability for performance and results.
  • Leverage AFF’s CRM toolsto track interactions, manage leads, and optimize sales strategies.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1+ year of proven success in B2B outside sales, consistently achieving measurable sales goals.
  • Highly motivated and performance-driven, with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Exceptional organizational skillswith a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong face-to-face selling experiencewith excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-starter mindset, with the ability toindependently build and managea sales pipeline.
  • Ability to collaboratewith internal teams, including Marketing, Training, and Sales Operations, to drive business success.
  • Valid driver’s license and car insurance requiredfor regular travel within the assigned territory.
  • Extensive experience in retail consumer finance, merchant services, or SaaS preferred.
