Job Summary
The BI Analyst plays a key role in supporting the sales, finance, and customer service teams by transforming data into actionable insights. This individual contributor role helps identify untapped sales opportunities, supports customer onboarding (including data migration), and creates reports on pipeline metrics, sales velocity, and performance.
As internal Salesforce experts, the BI team partners with IT to implement enhancements, ensure data quality, and educate users on best practices. The role may include occasional customer-facing engagements, such as demos or on-site visits. We're looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, balances multiple priorities, and contributes to an outstanding customer experience.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Support Sales and Finance teams by developing dashboards, validating data, and delivering actionable insights.
- Analyze customer and fleet data to identify trends and support solution-based sales strategies.
- Build and maintain reports using Salesforce and other tools to serve internal teams and customers.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects, including data imports, migrations, and business initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity through ongoing validation, clean-up, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct training sessions for team members and customers on systems, tools, and best practices.
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Interface with IT to support system enhancements and resolve technical issues.
- Travel occasionally (less than 10%) to customer sites as needed.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; background in statistics, finance, data analytics, or related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Sales Force experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal guidance.
