Newport Beach Automotive Group Marketing Coordinator Job Duties: Lamborghini, McLaren, Bugatti, Koenigsegg, & Pininfarina Newport Beach

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that highlight our exclusive inventory, showcase our premium customer experience, and attract clientele to purchase their next exotic vehicle. You'll work closely with marketing, sales, services, and leadership teams to maintain a strong brand image across all platforms—both online and offline for brands such as Lamborghini, McLaren, Bugatti, & Koenigsegg.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns for all nine dealership social channels
  • Oversee social media channels, ensuring regular, high-quality content updates and community engagement
  • Create physical advertising media for events & display purposes
  • Coordinate media for new arrivals, showroom highlights, and promotional events
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Support event planning for VIP customer experiences, car shows, and dealership-hosted gatherings


KEY ROLES

Marketing Department:

  • Coordinate with all dealership departments to ensure all marketing efforts are being processed and completed
  • Assist the marketing manager with the overall goals of brands
  • Understand the demographics and strategy of each of the brands we represent
  • Understand the demographics and trends of clientele
  • Ideate new marketing opportunities and initiatives


Content Creation:

  • Create in-house media for social channels such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc., by creating short-form content based on weekly biases for all brands
  • Create media & edit media for marketing campaigns such as website, email, advertisements & physical/ printed media
  • Photograph & Film marketing events and outreaches
  • Write copy to support consumer-facing media, newsletters, and advertising
  • Write scripts and media plans for social posts across channels
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, & Parts staff to create media that assist with the end goals of each department
  • Coordinate with manufacturer employees to ensure all media that is created or advertised is approved for compliance
  • Ensure all requirements are met by the manufacturer when it comes to social channels


Digital Marketing:

  • Track monthly digital analytics, including Social Analytics for each brand
  • Build visuals for monthly website specials and features
  • Manage all reputation management platforms like Yelp and Google My Business. Respond to reviews, create and post new content, and make sure all platforms are updated and optimized regularly
  • Work with the advertising team to make sure advertising efforts are being tracked, budgets are being executed, and efforts are creating results
  • Help to identify other possible channels for marketing the brands
  • Assist with all digital marketing efforts surrounding newsletter creation and website overviews
  • Create monthly reports of the overall growth of all social channels with metrics


Events:

  • Help to plan, produce, and execute a yearly events calendar
  • Assist & Handle all internal staff communication for all event-related needs - pre-, during, and post-events
  • Assist all external communication, including vendors, venue management, external staffing, etc.
  • Attend and manage all events as needed
  • Assist in any marketing-related items as they pertain to events


Brand Compliance & Reporting:

  • Maintain communication and cooperation with corporate teams from each of the manufacturers we represent
  • Handle special requests from manufacturer teams, such as content creation, marketing initiatives, and events
  • Ensure branding and design used in media and marketing assets align with manufacturer guidelines for each brand
  • Manage brand compliance and reporting on a monthly basis
  • Produce and submit any needed reports and documentation for each brand - marketing, advertising, budgeting, events, etc.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
  • Advertising agency experience is a plus
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the automotive or luxury goods industry
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools ( Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Social Pilot), and mid-level photography
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Passion for exotic and luxury automobiles is a major plus
