Position Highlights:

• Home Time: Out 5.5 days, home for 34–48 hours each week

o Note: Home time is NOT on weekends

• Freight: 100% no-touch

o 70% drop and hook

• Region: Midwest

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly Pay: $1,275–$1,500+
• CPM Rates Based on Experience:

o 3–5 months: $.57 CPM
o 2+ years: $.62 CPM
o 10+ years: $.64 CPM

Requirements:

• Experience:

o Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 3 years
o Local, Regional, or OTR accepted
o Yard jockey, training, or school time does not count

• Driving Record:

o No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years (max 2 in last 12 months)
o Only 1 major violation allowed in last 3 years; none in past year

• Safety:

o Max 4 incidents in 3 years
o No DOT Recordable incidents in the last 3 years
o No failed or refused DOT drug tests — ever
