Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a People Operations Specialist (POS) to join an optometry client in Richmond, VA. This person is responsible for the smooth and efficient execution of processes that affect team members, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a positive experience. They manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate Human Resources (HR)records, and provide support to team members on various HR matters. The POS is thoroughly involved in People & Culture and HR projects and programs both assisting with design and implementation as well as
monitoring and suggesting changes.

Bachelors degree from an accredited 4-year institution with a focus Human Resources, Marketing,
Communication, Business Administration, or other related course of study.
3 years working in a Human Resources related department PHR or SHRM-CP desired null
