Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple construction projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring successful execution within budget and timeline Collaborate with Sales, Estimators, and customers to support pricing, job site walkthroughs, bid submissions, and change orders Act as the primary liaison between field operations, scheduling, and engineering to ensure seamless coordination and resource allocation Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle Manage project budgets, manpower allocation, and financial performance, including billing, cost tracking, and productivity analysis Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements, proactively addressing risks and challenges Oversee and coordinate craft labor, understanding roles, responsibilities, and site requirements to optimize efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, conduct job site visits, and ensure project specifications are met Support estimating efforts and provide accurate pricing breakdowns for additional work requests Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and process improvements

Qualifications:

Highly preferred: Project management experience in the Industrial, Commercial, or Energy construction sectors Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from kickoff meetings to closeout Ability to travel to job sites as needed Strong understanding of estimating, blueprints, craft labor roles, and job site operations Proven ability to manage customer relationships, manpower, budgets, change orders, and billing Excellent administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management software 1–5 years of construction industry experience; scaffolding experience is a plus Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $70k - $85k annually . This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
