What Is Expected Of YOU

As a Human Resource Generalist, you are expected to be a reliable, approachable, and professional team member who supports a wide range of HR functions. You’ll handle onboarding, assist, maintain employee data in HRIS (UKG/Ultipro), ensure compliance with licensing and reporting requirements, and provide day-to-day support to employees and leaders. You are expected to uphold strict confidentiality, stay organized under pressure, and contribute positively to the employee experience. Your role also includes participating in employee events, managing special projects, and serving as a backup to the broader HR team—all while maintaining a friendly and service-focused attitude

Experience YOU Will Need

• High School/GED/College or equivalent preferred
• Bilingual Preferred
• 3-4 years of HR generalist experience
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Google Workplace, Microsoft Suite
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume and stressful situations
• Must be able to operate computer, telephone, fax, and copies
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Constantly handle, wrist motion, sit, hear, and eye/hand coordination
• Frequently speak, read, write, stand, walk, bend, and stoop
• Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull 25+
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Salary Range

$50,000-$82,500
