Magellan Solutions USA is a veteran-owned Call Center and BPO company with a track record of performance. Magellan is actively recruiting for a full-time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Palo Alto, California.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Shift Hours : 3:30pm - 12am

- Please kindly note that all potential candidates must be flexible. May be asked to work a different shift from time to time.
- Answers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism.
- Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone.
- Maintains an above-average attendance record.
- Follows established standard operating procedures
Qualifications/Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- At least one year of call center experience is required.
- Can be a team player.
- Can work without direct supervision.
- Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly.
- Has a good work ethic
- Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
- Detail-oriented, can multi-task, and is highly organized.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Must be flexible
