We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic Enterprise Application Support team in a role as a Computer Systems Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of third-party applications within the client’s Desktop Common Operating Environment (DCOE). This includes but is not limited to Adobe, Microsoft, BMC, and other third-party applications. This position would work in tandem with our Global Support Center and Program Support team to service requests delivered through our ticketing system and provide day-to-day client support.

Requirements

  • Be an active member of cross-functional project teams to plan and deliver solutions that meet our client’s business application needs
  • Maintain the health of application licensing
  • Provide technical support assistance to the Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff to diagnose and resolve application issues
  • Open, manage and resolve application issues with external application vendors
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for environments, including network diagrams, installation and configuration procedures, troubleshooting guidelines, and operational procedures
  • Find and execute on process improvement opportunities
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation

Knowledge/Experience Must Include

  • Customer Service/Support
  • Windows Operation System
  • Microsoft 365
  • Excellent Oral/Written Communication
  • Remote Troubleshooting
  • Hardware/Software Troubleshooting
  • Ticketing System Experience (e.g., BMC Remedy/ServiceNow/SolarWinds/Ivanti)

Additional Knowledge/Experience Preferred

  • Experience with managing application licenses
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Defense Enterprise Provisioning Online (DEPO)

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or HS/GED + 3 yrs. in Windows Computing Environment
  • Baseline Certification (required): Department of Defense (DoD) IAT II or higher (i.e. Security+)
  • Computing Environment Certification (required): Must obtained within six months of date of hire
  • Training (required): Must complete an ITIL Course (training materials will be provided)
  • Secret Clearance

CERTIFICATION

  • Department of Defense (DoD) IAT II or higher (i.e. Security+) and a Computing Environment Certification
