Qualifications

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year medical office or related experience with working knowledge of medical insurance, to include but not limited to co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, prior auths, etc.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
