We’re hiring experienced Class A CDL team drivers for a high-paying dry van opportunity. Earn consistent miles, enjoy a dedicated truck, and bring your pet or eligible rider. This is a ready-made team position only—we are not matching solo drivers at this time.

Compensation & Pay

  • $0.405 CPM to start per driver/Mile or $.81CPM Split
  • Teams average 6,000–7,000 miles per week
  • Each driver averages $2,800-$3,000+ per week
  • Per diem available

Equipment & Home Time

  • Newer model equipment (primarily Freightliners, not guaranteed)

  • 3 weeks out (east of I-35) 3–4 days home
  • 4 weeks out (west of I-35) 3–4 days home
  • Dry van freight (5% touch, rare)

  • Both drivers must live within 100 miles of each other
  • Hiring from anywhere east of I-35

(Limited area west of I-35)

oTX – Within 50 miles of Laredo or El Paso

oUT- Within 75 miles of Salt Lake City

  • Gallop, NM
  • Durango, CO
  • Monticello, UT
  • Moab, UT
  • Green River, UT

  • Twin Falls, ID
  • Glenns Ferry, ID

  • Mountain Home, ID

Must Meet These Requirements

  • 1+ year verifiable CDL-A experience (OTR, regional, or local)
  • CDL must be from state of residence
  • No matching of teams – ready-made teams only
  • No failed/refused DOT drug tests (even with SAP completion)
  • Acceptable safety record:

oMax 2 DOT-recordable accidents in 3 years, but none involving:

Major violations

Preventable rear-ends

Jackknifes

Rollovers

oMax 1 serious violation (in personal vehicle only):

15+ over, reckless, following too closely, handheld/texting

None in commercial vehicle

  • No felonies in past 7 years, no sexual offenses ever
  • No misdemeanors in past 3 years
  • Cannot have been terminated from most recent job (as verified)
