You’ll meet weekly with your assigned youth to help them make progress on real-life goals like:

Trying new things

Learning to manage emotions

Practicing social skills

Developing independent living skills

And more (it’s different for every kid)!

This Role is All About Relationship.

Right now, we’re hiring Youth Counselors for our Youth Counseling program—the heart of what we do. You’ll create your own schedule directly with the caregiver (after school, weekends, evenings—you choose). Sessions are 1-on-1, usually about 2 hours, and take place in the community or at our peaceful ranch.

We’re looking for someone who can commit to 10–20 hours per week and isn’t afraid to jump in.

18+ with a high school diploma or higher
