Position Highlights:
- First-Year Pay: $109,000–$133,000+ annually
- Average Weekly Pay: $2,100–$2,575
- Schedule: 2–4 loads per week with 6–8 stops per load
- Home Time: 34-hour reset at home each week (at least one weekend day home in most cases, but not guaranteed)
- Freight: 100% dry van, touch freight (driver unloads boxes onto conveyor; store staff handle shelving)
- Coverage Area: WA, OR, ID, Western MT
- Truck Policy: Take-home trucks allowed if you have a secure parking location
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly pay based on experience
- Overtime pay (1.5x) for all hours worked beyond 40/week
- Health Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more — starting after 60 days
Hiring Areas:

- Boise, ID
- Salt Lake City, UT
- Richland, WA
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL experience (local, regional, or OTR)
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months
- No serious violations (careless/reckless driving, leaving the scene, etc.)
- No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests ever
- No major DOT preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- Must have a valid DOT physical with at least 75 days remaining by orientation
