Regional Director of HR-Massachsuetts
Marquis Health Consulting Services continues to grow! We are seeking a Regional HR professional (preferably with experience in the skilled nursing/senior living landscape) to support our facility HR Managers and facility leaders in Massachusetts. This position will support the Metro Boston area.
Join a passionate and dedicated team focused on excellence in resident experience through ensuring that our team members and their leaders experience a supportive, appreciative, fun, and meaningful workplace.
You'll provide guidance to facility HR Managers and facility Leaders on the implementation of our HR systems and policies, our employee appreciation programs, employee relations, Federal and State labor and employment law compliance and liaise with our CHRO and labor attorneys as necessary.
At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in Skilled Nursing/Senior Living.
Regular on-site visits to Massachusetts skilled nursing facilities required.
