Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership for AI initiatives, ensuring a focus on cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies.
Develop and drive the AI transformation roadmap, aligning it with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Lead the implementation of AI projects, from initial strategy and planning to execution and delivery.
Educate and upskill employees on AI tools, techniques, and best practices to foster a culture of AI literacy and innovation.
Coordinate AI-related activities and projects across departments, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Act as the central point of contact for all AI initiatives, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the AI team.

Education And/or Work Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in leading AI initiatives and projects, preferably with a focus on AI transformation.
In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Proficient with AI development tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Expertise in cloud computing architectures (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud).
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
