Global Logistics Support Services, (GLSS), an S³, Inc. company, has an immediate opening for an Aircraft Worker for one of our Aircraft Repair operations at NAS Norfolk, VA.
Duties
MH-60S maintenance experience is highly desirable.

Duties
- Performs repairs to aircraft following the orders of a higher-grade worker.
- Assists in troubleshooting malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power units, and ventilation and heating systems.
- Removes, cleans, reinstalls, or replaces defective parts, accessories, and components such as worn gaskets, couplings, and fittings, bad actuators, accumulators, gauges, sections of corroded fuel and oil lines.
- Candidate may supervise the jacking and towing of aircraft, make adjustments and settings, such as cable tension and seat movement settings and adjustments. Will obtain standard parts such as, fuel and oil line connections and fittings, cable linkage, and spark plug cables and harnesses by referring to parts manuals and by making comparisons with samples.
- Candidate may perform pre-flight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections by recording the work performed in the maintenance records.
- Candidate may also service engines and aircraft components at the line station, making repairs short of the overhaul required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition.
- High School Diploma.
MH-60S maintenance experience is highly desirable.
