Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations.

Skills And Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
