- Highly skilled in reading comprehension
- Sound judgment in assessing customer requests. Able to help customers who are not tech-
- savvy become comfortable with the Patch platform.
Responsibilities
Your Mission Will Be To:
- Address customer inquiries via Email as well as do some Back-office Tasks.
- Analyze customer requests and determine whether to fulfill them or not. The task includes assisting with refunds, editing user postings, usability assistance, etc..
