Brief Description

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, manage recruitment, drive change initiatives, and support employee relations and development. This will balance strategic initiatives with hands-on responsibilities like workforce planning, trend analysis, and oversight of HR deliverables. Prior experience as an HR Business Partner in professional services and/or technical companies is highly desirable, given the dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This is an on-site position at our office in Peabody MA.

Your Impact:

  • Formulate and execute long-term HR strategies that drive business growth and support organizational objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align departmental priorities with the company’s mission and vision.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders across business units to provide strategic HR guidance, leveraging knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities within professional services and/or tech environments.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, emerging talent needs, and competitive threats to inform HR strategy.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet current and future demands.
  • Lead the successful execution of HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, leveraging influence and partnership skills honed in professional services or tech organizations.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, industry regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, with an emphasis on attracting diverse, high-caliber talent aligned with company culture.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential hires to ensure fit with company standards and values.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance skills, support career growth, and foster a culture of learning.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for development.
  • Address employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts, to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Assist in developing and refining operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support business leaders with strategic and operational HR consultation, applying insights from prior HRBP roles in professional services and/or technology companies to help them achieve their goals.


Your Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a multi-faceted HR Business Partner role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant education and at least 7 years of documented HR work experience.
  • Prior HRBP experience in professional services and/or technology companies is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Experience leading and managing others is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR fundamentals, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Discrete, organized, professional, thorough, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong business acumen and sound judgment.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, evaluate risks, and make well-informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with the pace and complexity of professional services or tech industries is a plus.
  • Ability to commute to our office in Peabody, MA 5 days a week.
