Summary

Primary Goal: Help expand our reach and influence by managing daily social media activities, generating 20 qualified client leads and 10 agent inquiries per month, and providing high-level executive support to streamline operations.

Responsibilities

Weekly Responsibilities

Monday Morning Meeting (8:30 AM):

Prepare And Present a Weekly Report Including

  • Number of new agent leads generated
  • Number of new client leads generated
  • Engagement insights (agents and clients interacting with our posts)
  • Updates on social media metrics and lead pipeline progress

Daily Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Post 3–4 times daily on:
  • Instagram
  • Facebook (both personal and business pages)
  • LinkedIn
  • Content Sources:
  • Ideas from me
  • High-performing or trending content you discover
  • Top-performing content from our previous posts
  • Maintain a healthy balance of content across:
  • Agent attraction
  • Client engagement/success stories
  • PLACE/value-based messaging

Content Scheduling & Variety

  • Ensure each day includes:
  • 1 agent attraction post
  • 1 client story/testimonial or behind-the-scenes post
  • 1 PLACE/value-focused post
  • Adjust post timing based on audience engagement patterns

Reel Creation

  • Help coordinate and produce 4 reels per week
  • Film all reels during scheduled content sessions on Wednesdays

Social Media Engagement Strategy

  • Engage with Individuals Interacting with Our Posts:
  • Like, comment, and respond to comments and DMs
  • Track Engagement Daily:
  • Monitor likes, shares, comments, inquiries
  • Adjust content strategy based on top-performing posts
  • Proactively Connect with Agents & Ideal Clients:
  • Use LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to build relationships
  • Follow strategies from our December social media training
  • Engage with targeted groups (e.g., Virginia Beach Police Department, Wave Church)
  • Friend & Follow Our Clients:
  • Review client posts daily
  • Flag important life moments (birthdays, anniversaries, accomplishments)
  • Coordinate cards, gifts, or shout-outs as part of our “clients for life” strategy

Inbox Management

  • Review and clean out my inbox daily
  • Flag and escalate urgent or important messages for my attention

As-Needed Responsibilities

  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks or special projects as assigned
  • Always look for ways to save me time, increase team efficiency, and enhance our brand presence

Tracking Systems

  • Engagement Report:

Use platform analytics (IG, FB, LinkedIn) to track lead generation and inquiries from posts

  • Content Tracker:

Maintain an organized library of reusable photos, videos, and reels for ongoing content use

  • Social Media CRM:

Document outreach efforts (e.g., friend requests, comments, DMs)

Track engagement and relationship-building activity for both agents and clients

Qualifications

Use daily Facebook, Instagram, and Liinkedin. Type 60 words per minute. HS Diploma and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
