Compensation: $26 - $28 hourly

- Case Management – Oversee all aspects of litigation for auto accident cases, from intake through trial
- Legal Research & Drafting – Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial documents
- Discovery & Investigation – Assist in gathering and analyzing evidence, drafting interrogatories, and responding to requests
- Trial Preparation – Support attorneys in trial prep, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
- Client Communication – Maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed and engaged
- 5–10 years of experience in personal injury litigation, specifically auto accident cases
- Expertise in case management software (CASEpeer preferred)
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filing processes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced team environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
